House Extension, Doncaster

Overview

A neat, watertight flat roof for a house extension in Doncaster, supplied and fitted by JLH in premium Sika Sarnafil single-ply — fully adhered for a smooth, flush finish that sits beautifully against the property and its countryside outlook.

The Challenge

A domestic extension where the finish really matters — the roof is visible from the house and garden, so it had to look as clean as it performs. A fully-adhered system was the right choice for a smooth, flat, lifted-edge-free surface with crisp detailing all round.

Our Solution

We supplied and fitted 40 m² of Sika Sarnafil single-ply membrane as a cold-roof build-up, fully adhered to the deck and hot-air welded throughout. Upstands, edges and the outlet were all detailed in cleanly for a flush, professional finish.
